Shawn McGuinn
Managing Partner

Shawn McGuinn PhotoAs a managing partner for Creative2, Shawn plays a variety of roles, including oversight of the agency’s day-to-day operations and long term strategic planning. Shawn’s vision for Creative2 consists of not only pioneering marketing campaigns and building cutting edge web tools, but of being a driving force in the communities in which it operates by offering innovative solutions for real-world challenges.

Shawn hopes clients see Creative2 as a source of inspiration and a springboard to help catapult their brands as they unveil their unique stories to the world.

Shawn co-founded Creative2 in 2009 after spending several years as Associate Web Producer and Associate Publicist for John Walsh at TV’s America’s Most Wanted. He has also worked on political campaigns, played in rock bands, and earned a marketing degree from George Mason University.

Shawn and his wife Stephanie live in Ashburn, Virginia – a suburb of Washington, D.C.

John Felts
Managing Partner, Web Developer & Designer

John Felts PhotoAfter successfully running a web design and development business for three years John co-founded Creative2.

To John, Creative2 is about providing solutions to meet any challenge and forging ahead in a new era of cutting edge web development and online marketing tools.

John has extensive experience in nearly all areas of web development, working with the latest technologies and specializing in highly customized database driven solutions.

Stephanie McGuinn
Brand Executive

As a Brand Executive at Creative2, Steph works with clients to tell their stories, from the design and development of websites, to an online presence, to advertising campaigns and beyond. Her goal is to connect each client with their target market in a manner that forms long term bonds.

Steph is passionate about discovering new technologies and about sharing them with others. She’s also taken with social media and the implications of it, such as corporate transparency and global impact.

Steph left a career in real estate to join Creative2 and work alongside her husband, Shawn, in 2010. Previously, she worked for The American Institute of Architects for several years managing events, programs, and awards. Steph obtained her Bachelor's in Communication with a focus in Public Relations and a minor in Psychology from George Mason University in 2005, the year before the Patriots went to the Final Four.
